Life Coaching

Life Coaching is about goal setting, removing obstacles and helping you to carve out paths to achieve your goals.  Having the opportunity to see a client turn an obstacle into an opportunity and achieve their personal, professional and relational goals is a privilege to witness.  My role as Life Coach is to assist the you in creating  a plan of action and helping  you execute it.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?  Therapy’s primary focus is on examining how the past is holding you back.  Although some of this is done with life coaching, it is not the primary focus.  Life coaching is about executing energy towards a concrete changes such as professional advancement, finding a mate.  With therapy the focus is more emotional/relational in nature.
